Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid Canada Post shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Items
Place the unused merchandise in its original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the box is securely sealed and the shipping label is clearly visible.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized Canada Post location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
